Pre-submission is helpful to ensure that the application is correctly filled out. However, time runs only following the submission of complete and accurate applications. Therefore, there are no specified days before the pre submissions and the correct and completed application is filed. Time only starts to run in terms of processing from the time the completed application is lodged with the CBI Committee Office. Thereafter, the processing time is approximately 90 business days.
