Neither the MM2H nor the Premium Visa Programme provides a path to gaining Malaysian nationality. At present, there is no programme being offered by the Malaysian government that would provide a pathway to citizenship, nor do they grant citizenship under any other circumstances. However, if policies do change in the future, I believe participants in the Premium Visa Programme would be the first to be offered such a pathway and be prioritised for application.
