How can I apply for citizenship by investment in Saint Lucia with a past Canadian visa issue?
I was once denied a Canadian visa and had my existing valid visa canceled and given a 5-year exclusion. This was an error on the part of the authorities and I appealed. Later, they accepted to quash the previous decision since it wasn't reasonable and legal. Legally, since the Canadian government agreed to quash the decision, it is treated as if it never happened. I was also later successful in obtaining a new Canadian visa, which is currently valid. I have all the documents to prove it wasn't my fault, along with an out-of-court settlement from Canadian immigration agreeing to quash the decision. Will any of this visa history affect my CBI application for Saint Lucia?
