For markets to watch for in the student housing development market in the U.S., there are many resources you can turn to: university and college associations, the U.S. list populations with the country of origin when available, large housing brokers association publications, market studies conducted by universities based in their development plans and some foreign embassies have done specific studies for their education potential.
