What are the employment requirements for the UK’s scale-up worker visa?
I’m a candidate to get a scale-up visa in the UK to work with a fast-growing fintech there. I’m wondering if I will have to stay employed by the same company for the whole two-year duration of the visa, or can I seek employment elsewhere at some point? Would I need sponsorship from the new job in that case or how does it work?

In general, you will need to usually stay employed by your sponsor for at least the first six months of scale-up visa. Thereafter you can change your employer or be self-employed, but this is generic guidance and depending on circumstances.
