What will happen to dependents’ Greek Golden Visa applications if the principal applicant passes away during the adjudication period?
My family submitted our Golden Visa application last month, with my father being the principal applicant. However, he had a heart attack two weeks ago and passed away. My mother and I have no interest in pursuing our Golden Visas anymore, but we have signed a contract with a real estate developer to purchase a house in Athens. Our immigration consultant said we might be able to proceed with the case even if the principal applicant has died. How can we keep our application at this point?

It is not mandatory to do the procedure after a family member has died. The real estate agent wants to continue the procedure, naturally, for the money. The contract can be cancelled.
