The current position is that we continue to access many of the EU countries (if not all) visa-free. Based on ongoing discussions involving the EU and our government, we do not anticipate a situation where visa-free is revoked.

What is St Kitts and Nevis’s current position regarding visa-free travel agreements with the EU?
I want to apply for citizenship in St Kitts but I'm concerned the EU might stop the validity of the non visa agreement. Will there be compensation in that case? What is the likelihood of this happening?

As it currently stands, there is still visa-free entry to the UK. There will not be any compensation if there will no longer be visa-free access.

Currently, the St. Kitts & Nevis passport allows for travel to 157 countries including the Schengen area. Visa polices are controlled by the reciprocating countries and not by the citizenship by investment unit. Refunds will not be possible for any changes to the passport strength.
