What will happen with my application to Malta’s Permanent Residency Program since the European Commission is taking Malta to court?
Recently, the European Commission has decided to refer Malta to the Court of Justice of the European Union with respect to Malta's Citizenship for Exceptional Services by Direct Investment. This is different to the Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP), which does not grant citizenship but grants a permanent residence certificate.
Nothing at all. It is the citizenship programme that the European Commission seems to be finding fault in.
