There is no real estate option at the moment, but we are attempting to introduce one. The pricing is inconsistent on the internet due to unscrupulous agents - many of whom are not officially appointed.

Why are there two different price points for the Vanuatu fund option for citizenship?
How can I get the lower-priced option? Is buying any form of real estate an option to obtain citizenship? If so, what is the minimum cost?

The Vanuatu Development Support Program has two different pricing: one is for China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and the other is for the rest of the world. For China, Macau, Hong Kong and Taiwan: for a single applicant the selling price must not be less than US$150,000; for a married couple the selling price must not be less than US$170,000; for a married couple and a child under 18 the selling price must not be less than US$185,000; for a married couple and 2 children under 18 the selling price must not be less than US$200,000. For any other country: for a single applicant the donation is US$80,000; for husband/wife the donation is US$100,000; for husband/wife and a child under 18 the donation is US$115,000; for husband/wife and 2 children under 18 the donation is US$130,000. So your citizenship will decide how much you should donate to the Development Support Program.
