Hourieh Memar is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and Certified International Citizenship Consultant (CICC) based in Ontario, Canada. She is the founder and CEO of MICS Global, an international company with offices in Dubai, UAE, and Ontario, Canada.

MICS Global guides affluent individuals through citizenship and residency by investment programs, providing comprehensive relocation and asset protection solutions. Under Memar’s guidance, the firm has successfully facilitated citizenship and residency solutions for individuals and businesses seeking to invest in Canada and the UAE.

Memar has over 20 years of experience in cross-border transactions, immigration, citizenship, and residency by investment programs. Before MICS, she followed a diverse professional journey, with achievements in computer science, immigration law, and business. She specializes in corporate immigration services for business owners and entrepreneurs, providing exclusive programs tailored to clients’ needs, including residence permits and digital nomad visas.

Memar holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and pursued specialized studies in Canadian immigration at the Collège LaSalle, Montreal, followed by a graduate diploma in business administration from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business.

She actively participates in several business network groups in Canada. She is also dedicated to supporting and inspiring the women entrepreneur community, fostering collaboration between Canada and the UAE. She is a member of the Investment Migration Council.
