Kal Dobbin

Kal Dobbin is the managing director and co-founder of Citizens International, a Caribbean citizenship and residency specialist agency based in Antigua.

The company works with applicants for each of the five Caribbean citizenship-by-investment programs and helps them to create a foothold in the jurisdiction. It also assists with property investments and personal services such as banking, private charters and translation.

Dobbin is responsible for the operations of Citizens International. Prior to co-founding the company in 2011, she worked in marketing and sales for other companies in London and Paris. She also spent a year with the Professional Tennis Registry in the United States. She also co-founded, with her husband, the property development company Elmsbridge in 2008, which is also headquartered in Antigua.

Dobbin, who grew up in England and France, has lived in the Caribbean since 2005. She has a bachelor’s degree in international marketing management from Bournemouth University in the U.K. and studied at EDHEC Business School in France.

She speaks English, French and Spanish.
