Carlsten Xuereb is a licensed agent for the Maltese immigration program. He is a director at Rosemont (Malta) Ltd. based in Sliema in Malta.

Rosemont (Malta) Ltd. specializes in all immigration programs linked to the Maltese residency. It is affiliated with Rosemont International, which has offices around the world, including Mauritius, Monaco, Andorra and Hong Kong.

Apart from being an authorized agent for the Malta program, Xuereb is a certified public accountant who advises clients for his firm on international taxation, corporate structuring, value added taxes, trust, fiduciary services etc. He has provided consultancy services to multiple businesses during his 15-year long career.

Previously, Xuereb used to head the finance department at the advisory firm, Credence Group, in Malta. Before that, he worked at the White November Corporate Services Ltd. as group accountant and client tax manager, and also has experience of working for the bank, HSBC, as tax manager.

Xuereb earned his bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Malta. He is a fellow of the Certified Chartered Accountant and the Malta Institute of Accountants.

He speaks English, Italian and Maltese.
