George Theocharous is a Cyprus certified public accountant. He currently heads the auditing and tax departments at EPW Europe Private Wealth Ltd., based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

EPW is a professional services boutique that supports high net worth families and individuals. Among its practice areas are immigration law (such as Cyprus’ citizenship-by-investment program), wealth management, auditing and office services. Theocharous manages a portfolio of clients from the banking, construction, telecommunications, transportation and trading fields. He worked for a Big Four audit firm from 2000 to 2014, gaining experience preparing financial statements, tax planning and providing corporate compliance aid.

Theocharous is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the U.K. and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.

Theocharous speaks Cypriot Greek and English.
