Mikail Enes Cuban is a Turkish lawyer. He is the managing partner of Cuban Law Firm, an Istanbul-based full-service law firm.

In his current role, Cuban provides support to clients across many sectors, with established expertise in legal consultancy, regulation and compliance, and dispute resolution. Cuban and his team also offer legal guidance to international clients for their Turkish citizenship applications.

As a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, Cuban is a member of the Association’s Consumer Rights and Competition Law Center; the European Union Law Commission; and the Energy Law Commission, as well as being a member of the European Young Lawyers Association (ELSA) and a board member of the Istanbul Manisa People’s Association.

Cuban completed his undergraduate education at Kocaeli University Faculty of Law and received his master’s degree in European Union law (Jean Monnet Centers of Excellence) at Marmara University.

He is fluent in English and Turkish.
