Priscilla Mifsud Parker is a lawyer accredited with the official Community Malta Agency to act as a licensed immigration agent in Malta. She is Managing Partner at ACC Advisors Ltd. based in the Maltese capital, Valletta.

ACC Advisors Ltd. is a company which advises global clients on investment immigration, tax, fiduciary, and accounting.

Mifsud Parker’s forte is in trusts and estate planning, wealth and business structuring for high net-worth individuals, families, financial institutions as well as multinationals. She also specializes on Maltese tax residency, permanent residence, and citizenship by investment in Malta.

Mifsud Parker’s achievements include setting up the first Malta crypto exchange in 2013 at a time when no regulatory framework existed.

She completed her advanced law degree (LLD) from the University of Malta in 2008; she also has a master’s degree in financial services, corporate, trusts and tax law from the same university.

Mifsud Parker is the Chairperson of the Malta chapter of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a professional association for practitioners dealing with family inheritance and succession planning.

She is fluent in English and Italian apart from her native Maltese language.
