How do I transfer my money into New Zealand once my Investor 2 application is approved?

As an investor from Qatar, what are my options for transferring my money to New Zealand to make my investment? I am not sure if there will be issues considering the embargo and potential difficulties in using the banking system to conduct the transfer. Also, how long does approval of the visa normally take?

Some of the investment schemes approved by Immigration New Zealand may offer assistance in the money transfer. You can choose to invest in one or more of the following: bonds issued by the New Zealand government or local authorities; bonds issued by New Zealand firms traded on the New Zealand Debt Securities Market (NZDX); bonds issued by New Zealand firms with at least a BBB or equivalent rating from internationally recognized credit rating agencies (for example, Standard and Poor's); equity in New Zealand firms (public or private, including managed funds and venture capital funds); bonds issued by New Zealand registered banks; equities in New Zealand registered banks; residential property development(s) or commercial property,
bonds in finance companies, eligible New Zealand venture capital funds, philanthropic investment; angel funds or networks investments. The investor two visa application may take up to eight months to process.
