I heard about the accelerated application process that can be as quick as 45 days if you go through an authorized agent. What are some tips for this type of application, as opposed to the regular, longer one? Are there certain things that successful applicants have that others don’t to ensure their quick approval?

There are no special tips, only that the application is processed much faster than the regular application. Once an application is straightforward and there are no issues, then the process is quite swift.
