I heard that the Grenadian government has amended its CBI program. I submitted my application about two months ago. Does the new policy retroactively impact all past applications, or does it only apply to the new ones?

The changes to Grenada's citizenship-by-investment legislation do not apply to the applications that have already been submitted.
