I have been unwell and I ended up missing the June 30 deadline to apply for settled status in the UK. What would you advise me to do?

I believe that you still can apply, but this will be based on special circumstances of being unwell and maybe other reasons.

If you have reasonable grounds for not applying by the deadline, you can still do so and this includes medical reasons which the Home Office has listed as: you have, or had, a medical condition which prevented you from applying.
