I’m an investor based in China looking to immigrate via investment to Canada soon. Would it matter to someone like me whether the Conservatives or the Liberal party would win the elections in September? What can investors expect?

Any immigration by investment plan to Canada must be a long term plan, and no immigration program would be there forever. This being said, I can't imagine any scenario where elections in Canada should be a factor in applying or not.
