Guilherme Porto is an immigration attorney at NOMAD. In addition to providing corporate, immigration, tax, and real estate assistance, NOMAD specializes in Portuguese citizenship and nationality procedures. At NOMAD, Porto helps foreign investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and family businesses navigate various processes, including visas, residence by investment, company formation and expansion, contract reviews, real estate due diligence, citizenship applications, accounting, and tax planning. He also engages in pro bono work to support refugees in need. Before joining NOMAD, he served as the country manager for the legal tech firm Movingto and for Carbray International. Porto has lived and worked in multiple countries, including Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Italy, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He holds a Master’s degree in Practical Law from the University of Lisbon and a Bachelor’s degree from Universidade FUMEC in Brazil. Porto speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish, as well as basic French and basic Italian.
