How can I qualify for Dominica’s citizenship by investment program with a conviction on my criminal record?

I have a non-violent criminal conviction from more than a decade ago. How will this impact my eligibility for Dominica citizenship by investment program, and are there any rehabilitation or disclosure requirements?

Non-Violent Criminal Conviction for the past ten years with no other conviction is okay. You can apply as the conviction seems to have expired over time.
