I heard that the Caribbean island of Dominica is banning Syrian nationals from its program. When will that rule take place? Is my application still eligible since I applied months ago before this took place?

Syrian applications already in process will continue to move through the process chain, but from henceforth no new Syrian applications will be accepted.
