3,400 invitations issued to applicants in 2nd Express Entry draw of Canada

Canada has issued 3,400 invitations to apply for permanent residence to the highest-ranking foreign applicants in its second Express Entry draw this year on Jan. 22. Canada’s points-based immigration system ranks candidates based on skills, experience, family connections and job offers.
