Marilena Pirilidou is a Cyprus Attorney. She is currently a partner and head of the corporate & commercial department at N. Pirilides & Associates LLC, based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Since 2006, when she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association, she has served both local and international clients. She drafts and reviews various types of agreements and provides legal and tax opinions. She is also involved in various corporate law matters — such as company registrations, corporate restructuring, international and national trademarks — and in general immigration matters.

With regard to Cyprus immigration, Marilena is in a position to assist clients interested in applications for Cyprus’ citizenship-by-investment program and residency permits. Marilena is also heavily involved in the legal consultation for Cyprus Investment firms and binary options brokerage companies. In addition to her work at N. Pirilides & Associates LLC, she is one of the directors of MultiLysis Services Limited, a corporate services provider.

Marilena received her LL.B. from the University of Kent in 2004 and her LL.M. degree in European law from the same University in 2005. She was admitted to the Cyprus bar in 2006 and is a member of the International Tax Planning Association. She is a published author on various issues relating to corporate, commercial and immigration law.

She speaks English, Greek and Italian.
