Michalis Pittakis is the director of Christodoulos G. Vassiliades & Co. LLC, a law firm in Cyprus, and he’s the head of the firm’s corporate law department.

Pittakis provides legal counsel in corporate and commercial law cases, including corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He is also experienced in the formation and administration of companies, formation of trust, and drafting of corporate and commercial agreements.

He joined Christodoulos G. Vassiliades & Co. in 2001, working as an advocate in the corporate and commercial department, which serves international companies in matters of incorporation, management, and administration.

Pittakis obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the University of Sheffield and hisMaster of Laws degree at Manchester University, both in England. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Famagusta Bar Association. Pittakis speaks English and Greek.
