Katerina Marini is a Greek immigration consultant and attorney. She is the founder and managing director of Katerina Marini & Associates Law Firm, based in Athens, Greece.

The firm, known as KMD Law Firm, operates in both southern and northern Greece. It has provided legal services for 15 years. It practices in Golden Visa law (the acquisition of permanent residency through real estate investment in Greece) as well as in contractual, corporate, commercial, and family law. KMD’s attorneys work in English, French, German and Italian.

Marini is an accredited mediator. She is a member of the Investment Migration Council.

Marini studied law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and studied at Lille 2 University of Health and Law in France.

She speaks Greek, French and English.
