Kostantinos Markou is a Greek immigration consultant. He is currently an attorney at Latsoudi & Associates Law Firm (L+A), one of the oldest legal service providers in Greece.
With a history dating back more than 90 years, Piraeus-based L+A has been providing its domestic and international clients with comprehensive legal services in commercial and corporate law, information technology law, data protection law, and shipping law. Its clientele includes high-profile companies in aviation, banking, energy, manufacturing, technology and telecommunications.
At L+A, Markou focuses his practice on dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, information technology and cybersecurity. He represents domestic and international clients in civil and commercial litigation, assists entrepreneurs in operating their businesses in Greece, and advises corporate clients on their privacy policies. With his familiarity with the legal requirements for establishing and operating corporations in Greece, Markou advises on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and due diligence.
Prior to joining L+A, Markou served as a sergeant preliminary investigation judge at the Hellenic Army Academy.
Markou holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in civil law and new technologies from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is currently working on a master’s degree in banking, corporate, finance and securities law at the University of Piraeus.
