Nicky Gouder is a Malta Individual Investor Program agent. He is a tax & private clients partner at Seed Consultancy. He previously headed the tax and private clients practice at ARQ Group in Malta.

Gouder specializes in international taxation with a focus on domestic legislation. He handles a wide portfolio of local and international clients operating in various industries. Gouder also advises on investment migration, including applicants for Malta’s citizenship-by-investment program.

Gouder, a chartered accountant, is also a regular participant in conferences on taxation and investment migration. He is a lecturer in advanced taxation for the Malta Institute of Accountants and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Investment Migration Council.

Gouder is a graduate of the University of Malta with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and business management. He also has a diploma in taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation.
