Burçak Sercan Sarıkaya is a Turkish lawyer. He is the founding partner of Sarıkaya + Şahin Law Firm, an Istanbul-based legal consultancy specializing in business strategy and solutions.

Sarıkaya + Şahin Law Firm practices in a broad spectrum of business-related legal areas, including contracts, intellectual property, business establishment and licensing, international investment, immigration, commercial disputes and litigation. The firm’s clientele comes from a wide variety of industries, including IT and e-commerce, telecommunications, real estate and construction, maritime and transportation, aviation, media, entertainment, and sports.

Sarıkaya focuses his practice on contracts, cross-border transactions, litigation, and dispute resolution. He assists multinational companies in negotiating agreements and handles breach-of-contract cases. Sarıkaya also serves as a partner at Mesh Blend, an Istanbul-based consultancy concentrating on information security.

Prior to establishing his own firm, Sarıkaya served as an associate at several law firms in Turkey, including Balcıoğlu Selçuk Akman Keki Attorney Partnership, Iplikçioğlu Law Office, and ErsoyBilgehan Lawyers & Consultants.

Sarıkaya holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Ankara University, and a master’s degree in private law from Bahçeşehir University. He also lectures on personal data protection law at Bahçeşehir University.
