Ihsan Bahadir Celiktas is an immigration lawyer from Turkey. Celiktas is the founding partner of Celiktas Law Firm (CLF), an Istanbul-based international law firm.

The CLF law firm, established in 2021, specializes in immigration, business, investment, corporate, intellectual property, financial technology, tax, communications, and arbitration law. CLF also partners with domestic and international businesses to provide legal assistance in citizenship programs in the Caribbean, Europe, and the Pacific.

Celiktas’ work at his own firm and stints at other law firms in Istanbul have mainly focused on immigration and corporate law. He has represented hundreds of foreign clients in litigation, company formation, and acquisition of Turkish citizenship.

Prior to establishing his own law firm, Celiktas worked at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Spain, where he focused on trademarks and on developing IP strategies for start-ups and SMEs.

He received his bachelor’s in law degree from Istanbul Bilgi University in Turkey. He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
