Yana Tyler focuses on entry clearance, leave to remain and indefinite leave to remain applications under the Point Based System (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 4 and Tier 5) routes, family-based applications, Long Residence, UK ancestry and private life route of the UK immigration rules. Yana also assists EU Nationals and their non-EU family members with their applications under the European Regulation 2016 and Appendix EU. Yana is a Senior Immigration Consultant at Chan Neill Solicitors, a London-based leading law firm. She joined the practice in May 2018 after working in a private immigration consultancy company from July 2012 to April 2018. Primarily working with investors and entrepreneurs, Yana helps clients through a number of personal immigration matters. Yana holds two master’s degrees: she earned a master’s in international business management from London Metropolitan University, and another from the Graduate School of Business and Management in France. She graduated from Moscow State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting. She’s fluent in Russian and English.
