An investor wanting to invest in Dominica's agricultural sector would have to ask a law firm to make an application to the government authority on their behalf. They would have to develop a business plan, stating the type of business they want to undertake, acreage required, number of persons expected to employ, expected output etc. This can be accommodated under Dominica's fiscal incentives as opposed to the CBI program. To be qualified under the CBI program, the project would have to be worth a minimum of 150 million. If the client's project is below this threshold then it can be accommodate under the Invest Dominica fiscal incentive package.
