What is the timeline after I apply for St Kitts citizenship?

I'd like to know about the timeline after obtaining St Kitts citizenship. Will I receive a passport immediately after my citizenship by investment application is approved, or will I be issued a temporary resident permit before receiving the passport?

The current Rules dictate the following: Within 120 to one 180 days of the date of acknowledgment of a CBI application made under this regulation by the Unit, the Unit shall notify the Authorised Agent on behalf of the main applicant whether the application has been: (a) approved-in-principle; (b) denied; or (c) delayed for cause and still being processed. Accordingly, upon successfully completing your application process and receiving your Certificate of Citizenship, our office will apply for your passport. The passports are usually returned to us within 1-2 weeks. There is no need to apply for any other status in the interim, as you are already a citizen by that stage.
