The events that are happening in Ukraine today are tragic and it's incredibly disappointing that such actions can transpire in today's society. Whilst I hope I speak for everybody involved in the CBI Industry in saying that we are both shocked and saddened to see the unlawful invasion of Ukraine unfold before our eyes, it is not easy or fair to appear to be discussing a silver lining to such a dark cloud, but the benefits of a second citizenship are advantageous to any national of any country that is oppressed, in conflict or in a situation that they find untenable, as it creates a viable and safe Plan B for them to temporarily or permanently escape their home countries. As it stands today, Grenada welcomes applications from citizens of all countries, with very few exceptions, and as a Grenadian citizen they would be eligible to apply for an E2 visa into the United States.
