Am I elegible for UAE Golden visa if I invest in a property project?

I wish to purchase a property in the UAE for a minimum of 2M Dirham. I will pay the deposit of 25% and the project will be ready by 2029. I am wondering if I am eligible for golden visa and when I can apply.
