I understand that a doctor’s report is required for Panama immigrant investor programs. Which options require a doctor? Can any telemedicine options fulfill this requirement? Can it be completed without visiting Panam?

Please note that you can easily get the certificate of good health from a Panamanian doctor the day before applying for the visa. Remember that it's mandatory that you are in Panama when submitting the application for all types of visas that require the certificate. Telemedicine is not an option.

To apply for residency, a local visit to Panama is required, where your attorney will arrange the medical exam, which is required for all residency options.
