Can everyone in an application get the benefit of a fast-track citizenship application, including the principal applicants and all dependents? Some say only the principal applicant is qualified. Can everyone in a family get citizenship at the same time?

The dependents are also beneficiaries of the Bulgarian CBI program. This only goes to children who will get citizenship by origin, not to cousins, nephews, etc.
