How can a foreign investor bring their partner to St. Kitts on the basis of cohabitation?

I’m from a non-EU country looking to get St. Kitts passport for myself and my long-term partner with whom I have been with for 20 years. Does St. Kitts’ investment immigration applications accommodate people living under a co-habitation agreement?
