How can foreign investors set up solar farms to generate crypto currencies in Panama to get residency?

I’m an investor from London where the sun rarely shines. I would like to build a solar farm in Panama, part of which I would like to use to generate bitcoins while the other part I would like to sell electricity to the local grid. What options do I have to do that in Panama?

Panama has incentives for solar farms set ups, which you can do for your intended business goals. Regarding Permanent Residency, there are several options when investing more than $100,000 in forestry programs, or $160,000 in local businesses, or $200,000 in property or fixed term deposits.
