Although I have the money to apply for Italy’s investor’s visa program, some of my documents, such as the birth certificate and education credentials, are missing. The documents got lost during a period of conflict in my home country and getting them reissued is next to impossible. Can I still apply? What would you advise?

The documents mentioned are not actually required to apply for an Investor visa and residence permit, hence you should make sure that the documents that are actually required (e.g. proof of funds, origin of the funds, criminal record certificates etc.) are available for submission.
