On Mary Tsiganou answered:

According to EU law, every EU citizen has the right to move and reside freely within EU territory. EU citizens are entitled to reside in Greece for three months if they have a valid ID card or passport. They can stay for longer if they are employed or self-employed, or are students, or are in vocational training, or are unemployed but have sufficient funds and health insurance. Furthermore, they can be accompanied by their family members.

On Dimitris Foutsis answered:

The Canadian citizen should come with Visa C and apply at the Immigration Office for residence as spouse of European citizen.
