How can I become a UAE tax resident without residing there full-time?

Would I qualify to be considered a tax resident of the UAE and pay no wealth/inheritance if I only stay there 3 months a year?

It does not have anything to do with the UAE. Regardless of your three months, one day or permanent residency, your personal income tax is zero. And you don't have wealth/inheritance tax to pay. The question remains for your current country of residency where you are paying your tax as the tax resident. That is where we need to find out the
tax regulations and how to minimize it legitimately, ultimately once you become a non tax resident.
