How can I buy property in a relative’s name and still qualify for CBI in St. Kitts?

Would I face any complications in the CBI process if the main applicant is my relative, in this case my wife, while the money used for it is my own?

This process is complicated because the authorities trace the money; so, if you are paying for real estate then the authorities will question why you are not the main applicant.
