I want to apply for citizenship by investment however I’m concerned about the political climate in the EU against it. I still think it’s great value for money so I wonder if I apply with the donation option, can I later change it to the real estate investment option if I can’t use the passport to go to the EU? It will be better ROI overall even though it’s more expensive.

Once you apply and pay your investment, it will be considered final. You cannot change after approved and paid.
