The recently voted legal amendment: defines the areas where the min. entrance amount is increased to 500K and the investors are allowed to participate with only one property; provides a transition period to potential investors to buy one or more properties even in the above areas located, with 250K under one condition: to have signed a notarial presales agreement till 30.4.2023 and have paid 10% of the contract value of the engaged property. Moreover if for any reason they won't be able to finalize the transaction with the engaged property, they are entitled to proceed under the same conditions e.g. 250.000 euros min. with another property/ies till the end of 2023. So it is still possible under a 10% advance payment till the end of April through a notarial presales agreement.
