I know that one can finance an investment for the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program through an officially designated brokerage firm. However, the cost for financing is too high. I am wondering if I can finance my investment through a third-party financial institute and qualify for the QIIP.

It is impossible to finance with companies not on the official
Quebec list. However, the financing option price can be different from one intermediary to another.
