You can sponsor her, however, her application would be a separate application. So, you’d have to pay the application fees, licensed agent fees and either make a donation of 100,000 USD or a minimum property investment of 200,000 USD.

Yes it would need to be a separate application which you can sponsor. Approx $150k estimated total additional cost.
