If I start a business in Manitoba through the Business Investor Stream, how long do I need to remain there? Can I live elsewhere as long as the business is running? Do I need to re-apply for the BC PNP if I want to relocate to British Columbia?

Manitoba PNP requires that you live close to your business and spend 80% of your time in Manitoba. If you want to have flexibility of movement, better look for a Federal program as opposed to any PNP.
