I am interested in citizenship by investment options as a plan B and considering the Dominican program. If I sign a power of attorney for this specific purpose, can my lawyer handle the entire process without my physical presence being required? If I do need to visit, how many times would that be and for how long?

There is no visitation requirement to obtain Dominica Citizenship. You need not visit before or after obtaining citizenship. Your lawyer can handle everything on your behalf.
